Eugen A. Russ, Managing Director, born in Bregenz in 1961. Managing Director of Vorarlberger Medienhaus since 1983. Mr. Russ is responsible for the VM group of companies, as well as individual media products (editorial responsibility however, lies with the respective editors). Additional responsibilities include: human resources, strategy development, acquisitions and investments.

Herbert Hager, Managing Director, born in Mellau in 1948. Managing Director of Vorarlberger Medienhaus since 1989. Having handed his financial duties to Mr. Helmar Hipp at the end of 2006, Mr. Hager took on his new role as holding director and chairman of the council. He is also responsible for the development of the company's real estate business.

Helmar Hipp, Managing Director, Managing Director of Vorarlberger Medienhaus since 2006. Mr. Hipp is responsible for the company's online expansion, with acquisitions and investments in digital media as well as the company's business in Germany. Before joining Vorarlberger Medienhaus, Mr. Hipp held various positions at publishing group Georg von Holtzbrinck, in addition to being managing partner at corporate finance and M&A boutique EICON. |

Markus Raith, Managing Director, born in Bregenz in 1977. Managing Director of Vorarlberger Medienhaus since 2008. Mr. Raith is responsible for the areas of finance, technology, online, print and distribution. He has been with the company since 2002, developing and expanding its offerings in his role as lead project manager and product development manager of the Teleport Consulting and Systemmanagement GmbH. |
